This Return Policy explains refunds, revisions, and cancellations for digital products sold by Rinseflexible, including Starter Evening Checklist, Personalized Wind-Down Plan, Complete Evening Routine Bundle, and related Evening Pathways deliverables delivered through rinseflexible.ddd.
1. Digital Product Nature
Our Products are customized digital documents and planning materials delivered electronically. Because content is tailored using information you provide, standard return rights for physical goods do not apply in the same way. This policy balances fair access to revisions with protection against misuse after delivery.
2. Satisfaction Review Window
If your delivered checklist materially differs from the described scope of your purchased Sleep Kit tier, notify us within fourteen days of delivery. We will review your concern and, where appropriate, offer a revision, partial credit, or refund at our discretion. Concerns must include specific examples, such as missing revision rounds or incorrect tier features.
3. Eligible Refund Situations
- We fail to deliver within the stated timeframe and do not remedy within an additional five business days after notice
- You received a document clearly corresponding to a lower tier than purchased without prior agreement
- Duplicate payment for the same Product on the same account
- You cancel in writing before customization begins; we confirm no substantial work was performed
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Dissatisfaction based solely on subjective preference after you approved revision outputs
- Delays caused by failure to provide requested routine information
- Exhausted included revision rounds without identifying concrete scope issues
- Chargebacks filed without contacting us first to resolve the matter in good faith
5. Revision-First Approach
Most concerns are resolved through included revision entitlements. Starter Evening Checklist includes one revision round; Personalized Wind-Down Plan includes two; Complete Evening Routine Bundle includes ongoing refresh during the subscription period described at purchase. Submit revision notes through our contact page with clear bullet points.
6. Bundle Cancellation
For the Complete Evening Routine Bundle, you may cancel future quarterly refresh cycles with thirty days notice before the next cycle billing date. Fees already paid for completed cycles are non-refundable except as stated in Section 3.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
Contact us before initiating payment disputes. We maintain delivery logs and communication records for checklist projects. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account restriction from future orders.
8. How to Request a Return or Refund
Submit a request via reach-us.html including your name, order date, Product purchased, and reason for the request. We acknowledge within two business days and aim to resolve within ten business days.
9. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on your financial institution, typically five to ten business days after approval.

Personalized Wind-Down Plan: Phase structure must be present; missing phases qualify for expedited correction.
